Not necessarily asking for the dictionary response, but rather what people actually use.
Neither ‘troubleshooted’ nor ‘troubleshot’ sound right, though ‘troubleshot’ sounds less wrong.

But this is more for a résumé, where it’s listing “stuff what I did.” “Troubleshoot complex system and network problems.” But, for a job you’re no longer at, so need the past tense.

You shot someone you didn’t shooted someone. I have to assume the correct word is troubleshot.
Clearly it’s troubleshat. Or maybe troubleshod.
possibly more accurate term
There are a couple other options:
• use the past participle form (was troubleshooting)
• change verbs (debugged)
• use the middle english form of shoot (shoten) and make it troubleshote.
You could also use present tense throughout, and proclaim “there is only now!”. This could also cover short attention span.

I use “troubleshot” on paperwork and “unfucked” to colleagues.

That being said, I would use a classy synonym that doesn’t leave ambiguity as to whether the active or passive past participle is correct. So I say “triaged” – keeps it classy.
